Most Americans have seen the top photo below ... but the media hid the next one - don't want muslims to look bad ya know! 

This was a Medic, trying to save a wounded soldier from an al Qaeda sniper in Iraq.

... and this is why I hate Islam - they're animals - they shot the unarmed Medic.
