First however, a word about "diversity."  Yes, there is such a word, and we do it.  A local muslim claimed that he visited our store and was refused service! The lying scum was NEVER here; but made up a story and filed a complaint with the BBB.  The BBB found the complaint inappropriate and unfounded ... but nonetheless, in the spirit of "diversity," we will make the following offer to said rag... uh, muslim.

ANY muslim that buys a new computer system, on ANY American patriotic holiday, or even during one of the el fetid holidays or whatever they are, will receive their choice of:

  1. An Irish dinner of ham & cabbage with some extra ... how about some crushed bacon in the cabbage?
  2. A pulled pork sandwich - all you can eat.
  3. Saurkraut, taters and a nice, savory pork loin.

Uhmmm... YUMMY 

If you think this is offensive to muslims ... GOOD.  It's intended to.

     Now, our prices:

  • Diagnostics Fee:  $35 Only charged if you opt to NOT have your computer repaired, or decide to repair it yourself after we tell you what's wrong with it.
  • Clean & Optimize:  $95 Removal of Adware, Malware and Viruses; optimization of system performance.
  • Reformat & Reload:  $95 Erase (Format) Hard Drive and Load the Operating System and all computer drivers (sound, video, etc).

       Occasionally, additional work is necessary, especially if a customer wants to save programs in addition to data (photos, files, music, etc).

  • Extended Diagnostics:  $20 Additional evaluation of system hardware using manufacturers' tools, or special diagnostic hardware. (Rarely necessary!)
  • External Hard Drive Scan:  $20  The removal of your computer's hard drive for additional infection scans on our Diagnostic Computer.
  • Data Save/Data Retrieval:  $35 minimum, to $50 maximum for up to 10 GB of data.
  • Forensic Data Retrieval * :  $95 minimum to retrieve deleted or lost files.  $35 charge if retrieval is NOT successful.

       Installation of CUSTOMER supplied parts. (With rare exeptions, the parts we sell, we will install as a COURTESY and at NO additional charge or mark-up.)

  • Install Internal Component - BASIC installation:  $10
  • Install Internal Component - COMPLICATED installation:  $25 (Some computers require disassembly or removal of other components to install a part.)
  • Memory Installation:  NO CHARGE - for MOST computers, it's so easy, it would be totally ignorant to charge anyone!!
